financial logs or tabular data should be provided in a standard
spreadsheet format (such as .CSV or .XLSX), and copies of the actual
invoices/vouchers should be provided as text-searchable PDFs. Pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, electronic records must be provided free of charge.

If any portion of these records is redacted or the request is denied,
please provide the specific statutory exemption or legal basis for each
redaction or denial.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by
E-mail as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.
