Please be advised that "the child endangerment case" does not provide enough specificity under OPRA to comply with your request. In addition, your request for "investigative files, notes, and emails" does not provide enough specificity to describe which specific documents you are seeking. As such, your request must be denied as overly vague.
Moreover, please be advised that even if you renew this request with more particularity, substantive investigative materials including notes, emails, and files that pertain to a criminal investigation and are not required to be made by law are considered criminal investigatory records under OPRA and are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.
