Insurance brokerage contracts, bids, agreements

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
For the years 2009-2019, please provide all documents that disclosure, list or include commissions paid to the following entities:

· Century Focused Fund IV-CS&B
· Century CS&B Co-invest
· CS&B Parent Holdings
· CS&B Intermediate Holdings
· Conner Strong & Buckelow Companies
· Perma
· AIM Administrators
· JA Montgomery Risk Control Services
· Conner Strong &Buckelew/NY
Please also include any contracts entered into with any of the above entities for the years 2009-2019.
In addition, please include all bid proposals submitted for insurance brokerage services for the years 2009-2019.
Please include all contracts and/or agreements for insurance coverage for the years 2009-2019, including but not limited to: health, prescription, dental, long term disability and voluntary insurance plans.
Please include all contracts and/or agreements with any Joint Insurance Fund or Health Insurance Fund for the years 2009-2019.
I am also requesting these documents under the common law.
