CUSTODIAN RESPONSE TO OPRA REQUEST 21-2020

January 20, 2021

You have submitted an Open Public Records Request and have indicated your
preferred method of delivery is email.

Your request: We are hereby requesting a copy of the following:
1)      Inmate Telephone Services (ITS) contract for Atlantic County
Sheriff’s Office, including all amendments

2)      If not included in the contract in #1, the rates and fees for
calls and account funding being charged to consumers

3)      The commission rate or any other arrangement whereby money passes
from the ITS provider to the County

4)      The commission or revenue share reports for the past three months

Attached please find the document responsive to your request. Atlantic
County used a State contract. The resolution allowing the County to use a
State Contract is attached. Atlantic County does not receive any revenue
from the calls. Calls are billed at a rate of $0.05084 per minute, no
fees, no taxes.
