Records requested:
1. Any and all ordinances or programs Belmar has enacted in compliance with the NJ State Stormwater Permit.
2. Any minutes of any meetings of the council or committees or appointed officials that pertain to the development of and continued revision and adoption of any Stormwater regulations.
