Information regarding UST at a property for sale in the City of Hackensack

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All records relating to DEP Case #12-04-17-1510-32.
Any and all records regarding property located at 755 Main Street, Hackensack, NJ (Municipality 0223, Lot 522, Block: 1.03).
This property is for sale. It looks like it was used as an auto repair shop at one time. The owners and the City of Hackensack (via an OPRA) have no records indicating there are underground storage tanks.

The bill is $2.07 you can either send a check or money order to the address listed in my signature below or you can schedule a day to come pick up the CD. If you choose to pick-up the CD shipping will be deducted and the charge will be $0.55.
