JEROME PLACE, GLENRIDGE AVENUE, LORRAINE AVENUE, GROVE STREET, WALNUT STREET, CLAREMONT AVENUE, LAUREL PLACE, NORTH FULLERTON AVENUE, MT HEBRON ROAD, PINE STREET, NORMAL AVENUE, BELLEVUE AVENUE I seek this information because a light rail project called Glassboro Camden Light Rail is planned where I live. The 18 mile alignment contains 39 road crossings. Little is known about the projected cost of the liability insurance to cover these crossings. Information regarding your experience will help.

“I have looked at several Montclair Township municipal budgets and I see a line item called "Liability Insurance". I wish to know what Liability Insurance coverage, Montclair Township carried on the Quiet Zones for a couple of years before the Quiet Zone permission was granted (2009, 2010, 2011) and today (2019, 2020, 2021). By my reckoning, Montclair Township was given Quiet Zone permission by Federal Railroad Administration on January 31, 2011.
I have looked at several Montclair Township municipal budgets and I see a line item called "Liability Insurance". I wish to know what Liability Insurance coverage, Montclair Township carried on the Quiet Zones for a couple of years before the Quiet Zone permission was granted (2009, 2010, 2011) and today (2019, 2020, 2021). An excerpt of the Liability Insurance Policy is sought to quantify the amount and extent of the coverage. The Liability Insurance Premium for the "Quiet Zone Coverage" is also sought.
