Good morning,

The official Records Custodian for the Township of Long Beach received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on Monday, 4/4/22. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is 4/13/22. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 6th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:
All reports, investigation reports, CAD entries, text messages, patrol logs, and emails Subject: Cameron Jenkins between 1 May 2020 and 30 June 2020 where Mayor Mancini was complainant and Chief Deely and Officer Megan Keller were the responding officers.

We have attached the relevant documents in regard to this request, which include the incident report, the CAD ticket as well as Ptl. Keller's patrol log. As far as any text messages and emails that were requested, that portion of the request is overly broad and vague.

Thank you,

Danielle La Valle, RMC / CMR
