Records requested:
Please provide all documentation and communications, including but not limited to text messages, emails, letters, and official documents, related to Carmen Rodriguez's application for Camden County Executive Superintendent of Schools, any job offer extended to Ms. Rodriguez, and Ms. Rodriguez’s acceptance of the Department of Education job offer. Of particular interest are the following:
- The date the Camden County Executive Superintendent job was posted along with the full job description
- The date Ms Rodriguez applied for the position of Camden County Executive Superintendent along with her application itself and all supporting documents
- The date(s) of her interview(s) and the people with whom she met as well as any notes taken during the interview(s) or any post-interview summaries or memos
- The date the offer of employment for Camden County Executive Superintendent was extended to Ms Rodriguez and the offer letter itself
- The date the offer of employment for Camden County Executive Superintendent was accepted by Ms Rodriguez and the format and contents of that acceptance

Good Afternoon,
After reviewing your inquiry, it was determined that the title Executive Superintendent of Schools, is not a Civil Service title, and the title County Executive is unclassified accordingly they are not posted through Civil Service Commission. To secure the information you are seeking it is recommended that you contact the Camden County OPRA office for assistance.
