Information re Traffic Lights at Intersection of N. Maple Ave. and Franklin Ave. in Ridgewood

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ridgewood Village should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ridgewood Village,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

In an email to me dated April 16, 2023. Village employee Jovan Mehandzic stated: "Franklin and Maple / Maple & ERA have been designed and County owns these and will take the lead. These 2 traffic lights revolve around NOMA apartments improvements. No date set ."

I would like to see any and all designs, studies, engineering drawings, correspondence, etc. concerning replacing the traffic lights at the intersection of N. Maple Ave. and Franklin Ave.

Thank you,

Rurik Halaby

Yours faithfully,

Rurik B Halaby
