Information Pursuant to RESOLUTION 2026:112
Dear Lindenwold Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
Any contracts, purchase agreements, or purchase orders between the Borough and Bluum Technology and/or OMNIA Partners related to the purchase, lease, or installation of cameras or camera systems.
Any equipment lists, purchase sheets, product specifications, technical specifications, model numbers, or itemized descriptions of the equipment purchased under those contracts.
Any maintenance, software, licensing, subscription, or service agreements associated with the camera equipment.
Any records identifying the manufacturer and model number of each camera purchased or installed under these agreements.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Good Afternoon,
This email is in reference to your OPRA request seeking records related to camera equipment, including contracts, purchase orders, equipment specifications, maintenance agreements, software licensing, and related documentation.
The Borough requires additional time to process your request because it involves several different types of records that must be located and reviewed. The responsive records may be maintained by multiple departments, and additional time is needed to gather the documents, review them for responsiveness, and determine whether any information is subject to redaction or exempt from disclosure under OPRA.
Accordingly, the Borough respectfully requests a three-week extension to respond to your request. If granted, the Borough will provide its response on or before August 20, 2026.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Clerk

Dear CLERK,
Resolution 2026:112 was passed two council meetings ago, and the matter is time-sensitive because the anticipated installation date is currently unknown. Accordingly, I respectfully request that any responsive records that have already been located and are available for disclosure be provided as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the entire request has been processed.
If certain records require additional review or redaction, those records can be addressed separately as they become available. My immediate priority is receiving any records that can already be produced concerning the resolution.
Yours sincerely,

Dear CLERK,
Please note, the following has been redacted, as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et. Seq.:
administrative or technical information regarding hardware, tablets, telephones, electronic computing devices
I am seeking something to identify what specific camera devices were purchased - by sharing the relevant type of equipment purchased (I.e device name as commonly found on Bluums website) without sharing any identifying information about the security network and physical devices purchased is possible. This document has either redacted that information or does not include it.
Yours sincerely,
Alfonso Penna
