I am requesting the salaries, full time or part time, and position titles of any people who are tasked with redacting body worn camera footage for OPRA, lawyers etc.

Please keep in mind while OPRA Machine may be a useful tool for requestors the manner in which the requests are emailed are sometimes blocked by the Townships email server due to the numerous links within the email. Further the site may have the incorrect records custodian and the custodian is not required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq to change it on an outside site and the Township processes requests sent via email, fax, our online form(which can be filled out on a cell phone) and accessible from the Townships home page www.berkeleytownship.org) In Person or regular mail
Attorney - Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Halm & Cipriani $165.00 per Hour
David Johnston - Records Support Tech 2 Full Time - the hourly rate is based on his salary $37,366.65 per year for a 35 hour work week
