Dear Wayne Township/ Mr. Margiotta,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Formation documents for the "Affordable Housing Trust Fund" and the "Development Fee Trust Fund including but not limited to ordinances and or resolutions adopted/passed;"
2) Documents and Bank Statements showing the balance in the "Affordable Housing Trust Fund" and "Development Fee Trust Fund" from 2008 to present;
3) Documents showing the amount of contribution made or to be made to the "Affordable Housing Trust Fund" and "Development Fee Trust Fund" by the developer of the following housing developments: a) K. Hovnanian/Rockledge on Hamburg Turnpike; b) Avalon Bay on Barbour Pond Road; c) Galreh on Route 23 South; d) GAF development at 1361 Alps Road; e) Toys R Us development; f) Waynebridge on Hamburg Turnpike; g) Preakness Shopping Center re-development; h) Avalon Bay at 1655 Valley Rd.
Note that the word “document(s)” shall be described broadly and includes any written, printed or electronically transmitted words including but not limited to emails, letters, faxes, text messages, transcriptions, videos and/or audio recordings.
