This OPRA isn’t that clear. It references the Peninsula Harbor but that
has multiple contracts so I wouldn’t even know what records to pull.

-What property is this for?  If it’s the last phase of the Halpern/
Atlantic Realty Site, which is refer to as Bayonne Bay in the MOTBY
redevelopment plan, then City doesn’t maintain records that the requester
is asking of the site preparation for a private party.
