In connection with the above-referenced OPRA request, please be advised that your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill because records are being searched. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. -What property is this for? If it’s the last phase of the Halpern/
Atlantic Realty Site, which is refer to as Bayonne Bay in the MOTBY
redevelopment plan, then City doesn’t maintain records that the requester
is asking of the site preparation for a private party.
