Incident Reports related to Call Number 21-010501
Dear Ocean County Sheriff's Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All existing incident reports for the DOA event described in the call detail report with call number 21-010501, which was a call made regarding the discovery of decedent Chris Rogers' body floating in the water near the intersection of 5th Ave and S Bayview Ave, Seaside Park, NJ.
For clarity, the New Jersey Municipal Police Departments Retention and Disposition Schedule lists incident reports as having record series # 0036-0000 through 0036-0010, all of which have a confidentiality rating of "public."
