Dear Ms. Larney,

Confirming receipt. On an unrelated matter, can you confirm that the 7-day business deadline for OPRA requests was reinstated by New Jersey on June 4 to take effect in 30 days, which would be this coming Monday, July 5? Brick Township always responds promptly, but there are a few other places which are still stating they can take as long as they want to reply, so I just wanted to see if you had heard that the 7-day deadline was back in effect (or that it goes back in effect as of next week).

Thank you & have a happy 4th of July!
