Dear Ms. Larney,

Thank you for sending the requested documents. In regards to the logs for all the addresses on West Princeton Avenue specifically, it's a little strange that no records exist prior to April 2020. Is it possible that the addresses were spelled differently ("W. Princeton" or "W Princeton") prior to April 2020 and do not show up in searches if you only search the exact phrase "West Princeton"?

Would you please re-check with them and do incident searches again for these phrases from 1990-2020:

1612 W Princeton
1613 W Princeton
1614 W Princeton
1618 W Princeton
1619 W Princeton
1622 W Princeton

and

1612 W. Princeton
1613 W. Princeton
1614 W. Princeton
1618 W. Princeton
1619 W. Princeton
1622 W. Princeton

Thank you,

Dear Ms. Larney,

I appreciate you taking the time to re-check on those records.

Dear Ms. Larney,

I have finally solved the mystery as to why no records for West Princeton Avenue seem to exist from 1990-2020, even though you have checked the terms "West Princeton Avenue", "W. Princeton Avenue" and "W Princeton Avenue."

In the April 3, 2008 incident search log you sent earlier today, there are three incidents at various addresses on West Princeton Avenue, all logged in your system as "We Princeton Avenue."

So, as it pertains to my OPRA request of November 18, 2020, please send me the requested records below.

Police Department Incident Search List (listing Incident Number, Call Date/Time, Location, Incident Type, and Case Number) for the following addresses from 1990-Present:

1612 We Princeton Avenue
1613 We Princeton Avenue
1614 We Princeton Avenue
1618 We Princeton Avenue
1619 We Princeton Avenue
1622 We Princeton Avenue

Yours sincerely,

Dear Ms. Larney,

Thank you for sending the update over to the police department. There are two other previous OPRA requests that will need to be updated and the requested information sent as well. I guess the best way to go about it is to send them via the original OPRA requests, so I will send those updates to you now.

Yours sincerely,

Resident

Jessica Larney, Brick Township

The Police Records Dept cross-checked your requests #1228-20 and the list provided to you for #1294-20.
OPRA #1228-20 asked for the following house numbers - 1612, 1613, 1614, 1618, 1619 and 1622.
OPRA #1294-20 included the house numbers 1607 and 1623 which were not included in #1228-20.

They have checked every variable of West, including "We" and still no records were responsive.

Dear Jessica Larney,

Yes, when comparing 1228-20 to 1294-20, that does not match up anything. However, I need 981-20 compared with 1294-20. When you compare those two lists, that is where you will see the missing records that do appear on 1294-20, but do not appear on 981-20. I will point out the three missing records when you compare 981-20 to 1294-20 in that respective OPRA request.

Thank you,

Dear Ms. Larney,

I understand you are just forwarding their messages. Since I request these anonymously, I would appreciate it if you would continue to forward the messages to them. I have now sent a second piece of proof that the addresses are missing. Hopefully they will agree that the information is missing when they compare the various requests and perhaps be able to find the information. If not, I understand there is nothing that you yourself will be able to do, other than to pass along their response.

Just trying to be helpful to show the comparisons and point out that the addresses are not showing up correctly in the incident search logs when searched by address, but do show up correctly in the incident search logs (and arrest logs) when you search by date.

Thanks for your continued help!

Resident
