Dear Brick Township,
As discussed earlier today, it was suggested to request an entire year of incident lists at the same time in the same OPRA request, so if possible, I would like to amend this request to include the entire year of 2009. I would appreciate it if they could be sent as two separate files, however, due to an older Excel program in use, so please send them in two batches of 1/1/09-6/30/09 and 7/1/09-12/31/09.

Dear Ms. Larney,
Thank you for the July-December 2009 incident lists. Just after I had submitted this OPRA request on March 15, you had asked if I could switch to asking for an entire year at once (instead of submitting OPRA requests for 6 months at a time), so on March 16, I had asked if this OPRA request could be amended to include all 12 months of 2009. Only July-December 2009 was sent today. Can January-June 2009 be sent as well, or should I submit a new OPRA request?
