Hi Ms. Larney,

The 2015 incident reports were sent and received today. However, the January-June 2016 incident lists (OPRA # 314) you sent today were actually a repeat of the July-December 2015 incident lists (OPRA # 312), even though the file was labeled as # 314. Please re-send the correct January-June 2016 incident lists.
