Dear Brick Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Can the monthly incident search list reports be requested in 3-month batches at a time and be sent via email, or would that be too many pages and only offered via CD? If the reports can be sent via email, regardless of how many pages are involved, then please do these three months (March, April, May 2010). If that is too much to request at once, then please limit this request to just March 2010.
Police Department Incident Search List (listing Incident Number, Call Date/Time, Location, and Case Number) for Brick Township for the dates of 3/1/10-5/31/10.
Please omit the "Incident Type" column so no redactions are needed to be made.
