Your OPRA request was forwarded to me for a response from Election Board staff.
The County does not have a report that lists the dollar amount for raises each year. A valid OPRA request seeks specific, identifiable government record(s). Valid OPRA requests do not seek information and do not require a custodian to conduct any research or to create a new record.
The County can provide a copy of the annual salary Resolution for the Election Board.
Please clearly identify what you are looking for in order to be responsive to your request.

I would like all annual salary resolutions of the board of chosen freeholders for the election board for the last two years. Additionally I request Any and all resolutions regarding the staff of the board of elections in the same time frame. Meaning any supplementaty or mid year resolutions voted on on regarding title changes and or raises within that same time frame.

Your follow-up clarification requested "any and all resolutions regarding the staff of the Board of Elections in the same time frame. (2018 and 2019) Meaning any supplemental or midyear resolutions voted on regarding title changes and or raises within that same time frame. The County does not have a report that lists any and all personnel actions for each employee for each department."
I have attached copies of personnel resolutions for the years 2018 and 2019.
