We are in receipt of your OPRA request for "1. Communication between Winslow district and CM3 Building Solutions, Inc. (or any other companies) re: HVAC maintenance, repairs, installations, or other work from December 1, 2020 until the present day 2. Any other updates regarding the status of HVAC work from December 1, 2020 until the present day 3. Communication from December 1, 2020, until the present day, between the district and any companies providing service on HVAC systems or "motors," as discussed by Dr. Poteat at BOE meetings. He explained that these "motors" or HVAC units had to be sent out for service, and parts were difficult to procure, causing delays."
