Dear Kenneth Kokoszka,

The HVAC Commissioning Report is done at the end of HVAC installation. It documents that the System was installed according to designer’s and manufacturer’s requirements.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Cummings

Dear Kenneth Kokoszka,

To further clarify, Commissioning Reports are also done after installation (typically by an engineer) to ensure that the HVAC system is working properly.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Cummings

Mr. Cummings:
On March 20, the governor signed Bill A-3849 into law, and it essentially
provides that we will respond to OPRA requests within the timelines, or as
soon as possible thereafter under the circumstances.  Given that Executive
Order 180 (August. 27) extends the official public health crisis at least
through September.
"During a period declared pursuant to the laws of this State as a state of
emergency, public health emergency, or state of local disaster emergency,
the deadlines by which to respond to a request for, or grant or deny
access to, a government record under paragraph (1) of this subsection or
subsection e. of this section shall not apply, provided, however, that the
custodian of a government record shall make a reasonable effort, as the
circumstances permit, to respond to a request for access to a government
record within seven business days or as soon as possible thereafter."
Given the above please be advised that we are making a reasonable effort
to gather the information you have requested and we expect to respond as
soon as possible.
Thank you.
