Hello Charlie,

In response to your request associated with the 2023 carriage rides, below
is a link to a google drive where you will find the documents associated
with the following.

▪ City Council request to use the streets;
▪ KV Carriage co. agreement;
▪ expenses associated with the police costs for traffic safety;
▪ Signage created by Downtown Printing;
▪ income associated with the carriage rides, using Ticket Tailer $1,820;
▪ There were 91 Reservations in total; we donated some rides to sponsors
and to families that stopped by (total of 17)
▪ Two carriages per date traveled around the route 18 times per day;
totaling 108 carriage rides over six days; two carriages three hours
per night is 36 hours of travel in total;
▪ I can only estimate how many total people/families took rides as some
were couples, some families of 4, 5 or 6 so I estimated three people
per carriage ride which estimates to no less than 324 satisfied
riders.

Relating to Revenue, there were three sponsors whose support assisted with
the carriage rides.

Regarding the DMR project, as this is still in draft form and not fully
approved by the board of directors, I don’t have more information on hand
to share with the public at this time.  I have copied Doug Schneider on
this email and should any further progress be taken by the board he can

2) copies of the results of all studies, surveys or other analysis done
related to closure of a portion of George Street, and any closure proposed
plans/alternatives

Regarding #2, DMR Architects provided me with some basic information and
records such as the PowerPoint presentation and the video they displayed
at the recent Council meeting, but I'd appreciate if you could share more.
