Under the OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all proposals, contracts, schedules, receipts, invoices, bills, and other documentation sufficient to show the vendor(s), the total amount of funds expended on each vendor, the total number of trips and the total number of passengers for each date of the New Brunswick City Center horse drawn carriage rides during the 2023 holiday season.
