Copies of all purchase orders and invoices for the period 1/1/21 to 2/5/23 for all payments to Holy McNally.
Any legal opinions prepared by counsel related to Holman Frenia Allison performing the duties of contracted CFO and Holy McNally as municipal auditor.

number of documents, we cannot send it to you electronically. We can mail
it to a designated location, or someone can pick it up. However, we will
provide you a quote of the total to process this request and payment must
be received prior to mailing or preparing the document for pick-up.
Please provide an indication of what works best.

I am not sure if this reply was received by you, but here it is again.
I will not accept a fee for requesting electronic copies that can be easily sent in pdf format through this service. To avoid a GRC complaint and lawsuit, I would ask you to speak with your municipal attorney to avoid both.
Other towns have provided the same information and I look forward to receiving the same via this service.
