search has produced a significant amount of emails which we are in the
process of reviewing to determine relevance to your request and for

that pertained to a pupil HIB matter and constitute protected pupil
records. Under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9, OPRA does not abrogate the
confidentiality of records under any other law. The information in these
particular emails constitutes personally identifiable pupil information
which is protected from disclosure by the provisions of New Jersey’s pupil
records regulations, N.J.A.C. 6A:32-7.1 et seq., as well as the federal

Good morning:
We are denying your request for the email attachment as it is an image
from a district security camera. Security system recordings constitute
security information or procedures, including but not limited to
identification of monitoring locations, which if disclosed would
jeopardize security of the District’s buildings, facilities or persons
therein. However, we can advise you that the image in question was of a
District employee who was testing the camera.
