The following information relating to the Highlands - Atlantic Highlands Municipal Alliance:
1. Which AH ordinance or resolution recorded the Alliance’s purpose and the Council’s votes approving participation in the Alliance?
2. What is its mission, objectives and goals?
3. Who is on the Alliance board (names and borough affiliation)
4. Which other organizations - public or private - partner with it? (This year’s list of partners is sufficient) Partners may or may not contribute money. They may contribute event space, donated items, expertise, etc.
5. How much AH Borough funds were allocated for all Alliance meetings and activities, not just AH-related, per year, for last five years?
6. Has the actual Alliance-related AH out of pocket expense gone over or under budget each year, and by how much, for the last five years.

These forms were originally submitted with the grant in 2015. This forms will be updated for the next grant cycle, beginning next year.

The Alliance has partnered with the following organizations and groups in both towns:

All Schools K-12
Police Departments
Mayor and Council
Historical Society
Recreation Department
Business Partnership
Residents
Monmouth County Alliance
NCADD
Heroin Anonymous (HA - Highlands Only)
Churches
Collaboration of Community Events with Various Organizations

The Borough has not had any out of pocket expenses for the Alliance, in any year, outside of the budgeted amount .
