I was sent the below correspondence which occurred while I was on vacation last week. As per my response to you on August 22, 2019 (attached), your request is still very broad, being that we don't have any names and/or emails for anyone at Hexa Builders to conduct a search of our emails.

Emails searches are conducted by our IT Department to ensure that all emails are found. However, they need certain perimeters to conduct the search.

Therefore, our IT department will conduct a search using the emails from our employees in the Building Department, using the date range you provided and the key words "Hexa" and "Brownstones".

That being said, we cannot ensure that all the emails will be provide without having the names and/or email addresses for the Hexa Builder employees to conduct a more thorough search.
