Health inspection reports/complaints
Dear Ocean County Health Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide copies of the current health license and all inspection reports and complaints from 2016-present for the following locations:

6. Windmill, 856 Route 70, Brick NJ
7. Cluck U Chicken, 1905 Route 88, Brick NJ (For item # 7, If location was closed by 2016, then please provide reports/complaints for 2010-2015).
