Hi George.  In response to your OPRA request, the health department does
not have any files pertaining to the septic system at the referenced
address.

Please conduct your inspection in accordance with the requirements of the
NJDEP’s Technical Guidance for Inspections of Onsite Wastewater Treatment
and Disposal Systems and forward your completed Inspection Form and letter
Report to my attention within 24 hours of completion.
