Attached are the records from the Health Department for 11 River Knoll
Drive, Block 99.03, Lot 3. These are Health Department documents only,
further documents may be coming from other departments depending on the
scope of request.
If this inquiry is in anticipation of an upcoming real estate transfer,
please be aware of Hopewell Township’s requirements for reviews by both
the Fire Safety and the Health Department. Failure to file applications
in a timely manner may delay your closing.
