Any communications between school nurses and “Individuals currently or previously working for the school district” discussing outreach to families of students with underlying health conditions (including but not limited to individuals with asthma, severe asthma, and other respiratory conditions), those families' concerns/preferences over mitigation strategies around “HVAC and air handling”, and discussions between school nurses and “Individuals currently or previously working for the school district” on addressing these concerns. This would be for information that discusses these concerns without any reference to PHI.

“Individuals currently or previously working for the school district” should include but is not limited to:
the current Superintendent, Dr. Fredrick McDowell Jr.,
the previous Superintendent, Dr. Scott Oswald,
the current Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Mr. Keith Higginbotham,
the previous Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Mr. Al Hird
and agents, individuals, or employees working for and/or communicating on behalf of those listed above including but not limited to: administrative assistants, general assistants, office employees, and staff members
