Per CFO, Mr. Leonetti is not on the Borough's Health Benefits. Attached is information regarding the payments for 2015 and 2014 in which Mr. Leonetti's name was NOT included in the details for payments. All of our Pos and Vouchers are destroyed in a timely manner following the DARM requirements, so there is nothing available prior to 2015. See attached entitled: Vendor Inquiry and Volunteer Fire Insurance.

2) Any stipends or payments made to Anthony Leonetti by the Borough of Wildwood Crest or the Wildwood Crest Vol. Fire Dept.

Per CFO, Attached are all the payments made payable by the Borough to Mr. Leonetti. They are for clothing allowance. See attached entitled: A.Leonetti -Uniform Allowance

3) All addresses on file for Anthony Leonetti

Per Tax Assessor, no responsive records.

4) All records of property transactions involving Anthony Leonetti as the buyer or seller or being part of a corporation as the buyer or seller

Per Tax Assessor, please find all Deeds within Wildwood Crest to/from Anthony C. Leonetti, Jr. from 1/1/2008 - Present. Deeds are recorded at the county:

7) All accident records involving Anthony Leonetti as a driver or passenger

As per the Police Department Records Clerk, there are no accident reports with Anthony Leonetti as a passenger or driver during the time frame requested.
