I am not playing games, I am following the rules of OPRA and you never filed an OPRA request for specific information for the NJEDA NCR Municipal Complex Grant.... you can visit the GRC website to view the rules and regulations and see how to properly request a record....
You are not being specific in what record you are requesting, if you would like to view my files and sticky what copies you want I would be more than happy to email you what you want...
This email is also acting as denial for request for further clarification, which stops the 7 day clock until you clarify the request.

I asked you verbally at the council meeting. Obviously you and council are trying to push my buttons.
This last email says it all.
I NEED GRANTED, GRANTS FOR MONIES APPLIED FOR BY THE BORO OF TUCKERTON FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW MUNICIPAL COMPLEX. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD EXPLAIN IF THE GRANT WAS GRANTED. IF THE GRANT IS ON HOLD, IF THE GRANT HAS BEEN APPLIED FOR (A COPY OF THE COMPLETED APPLICATION)
NOW i'M SURE YOU'LL FIND ANOTHER REASON NOT TO BE ABLE TO SEND ME THIS INFORMATION.
