The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District received
your OPRA request dated 3/25/26.  As such, the 7th business day deadline
to respond to your request is April 6, 2026.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill as there is a back log of open OPRA requests and as we are
still attempting to compile, review, and redact, if necessary, the
responsive documents.  OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i.  Specifically, OPRA states that, "the
requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made
available.  If the records are not made available by that time, access
shall be deemed denied."
Your request requires an extension of an additional 30 business days,
setting the new date as May 18, 2026.  Please be advised that the District
reserves the right to seek an additional extension if necessary.

Singer to any Board of Education member in November 2025, including all
attachments.

The document titled "March 13 BOE Brief" by Robert Beers in 2026,
including all drafts and attachments.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by
E-mail as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request. 
If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to
that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
