Dear Bridgewater-Raritan Board of Education,
In accordance with the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting the following records:
All committee materials and minutes for the Finance, Facilities, & Transportation Committee meeting on February 18, 2026, including all documents, reports, presentations, and attachments distributed or referenced at that meeting.
All emails between Jeremy Li and Kevin Lomski with the subject line "Academically Independent Program Spend" in 2026, including all attachments.
All emails between Jeremy Li and Karen Jones with the subject line "Questions about Changes to Gifted & Talented Program" in 2026, including all attachments.
All emails with the subject line "Board self-evaluation" sent by Steven Singer to any Board of Education member in November 2025, including all attachments.
The document titled "March 13 BOE Brief" by Robert Beers in 2026, including all drafts and attachments.

To whom it may concern,
The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District received
your OPRA request dated 3/25/26. As such, the 7th business day deadline
to respond to your request is April 6, 2026.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill as there is a back log of open OPRA requests and as we are
still attempting to compile, review, and redact, if necessary, the
responsive documents. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, "the
requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made
available. If the records are not made available by that time, access
shall be deemed denied."
Your request requires an extension of an additional 30 business days,
setting the new date as May 18, 2026. Please be advised that the District
reserves the right to seek an additional extension if necessary.

all attachments. - The Board is in possession of emails responsive to
your request. However, the contents of the emails are exclusively
advisory, consultative and deliberative (ACD) materials exempt from
disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. If you would like copies of the
redacted email headers with redacted contents, those can be provided to
you. Please advise.
All emails between Jeremy Li and Kevin Lomski with the subject line
"Academically Independent Program Spend" in 2026, including all
attachments. Attached
All emails with the subject line "Board self-evaluation" sent by Steven
Singer to any Board of Education member in November 2025, including all
attachments. Attached with the exception of draft versions of the Board
self-evaluation that were attached to some of the emails are not being
provided as they constitute confidential Advisory, Consultative,
Deliberative (ACD) documents pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
The document titled "March 13 BOE Brief" by Robert Beers in 2026,
including all drafts and attachments. Attached, however, any
links/attachments to draft documents were removed as confidential ACD
material pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1
