General question.
Dear Piscataway Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Will a request to this office listed as “Piscataway Township” encompass results recorded by Piscataway police department?
Example: If I requested information about dispatch call times and response times related to a call in Piscataway, would you be able to provide a record?
I ask because it is confusing and misleading if both can be requested here because Piscataway police is also listed as an entity on this site.
