Gas cards and purchased gas totals

I was looking to get information on the Rochelle Parks use of gas cards.
Please provide a complete list of names who were given a gas card.
Please provide January and February totals on each of these gas cards.

One would believe there is a master list with the names of anyone who was handed a gas card to charge on.
One would assume there is a running tally of all these charges.
