I am in receipt of your updated OPRA request.
Please be advised that Under New Jersey's [1]Open Public Records
Act (OPRA), correspondence (emails, letters, texts) is generally public if
it concerns government business, but 2024 amendments require requests to
specify individuals, subject matter, and a reasonable time frame to avoid
being overly broad.
Attached please find the requested contracts, along with statements of
payment, which is the only financial information regarding these contracts
we have on file.
This OPRA request is deemed complete.
