Funding For Winter Wonderland

Please provide the information on the funding of Winter Wonderland. Please be as specific as possible. Please provide a complete breakdown of funding for each Winter Wonderland related event to include construction/maintenance of the huts , ice skating rink, the bandstand, special guests, lighting, bonfire and associated costs with this bonfire.
