Public Records Act (“OPRA”) and common law request (“Request”) submitted
on November 30, 2023. The seven business day deadline to respond to your

Any and all Recruiting Summary Reports from Frontline and/or a similar
platform that the district uses for recruitment and hiring purposes that
includes Job Postings, Applications, and interviews conducted between the
dates of Jan 1 2023 and Nov 29 2023. 

These reports can be redacted for names and any personal identifiable
information. They must indicate the verifiable number of applicants for
each of the positions and verifiable number of applicants that were
provided an opportunity for an interview. 

Frontline does not produce summary reports. In addition, please note that
the District is not required to create a record in order to accommodate
your Request. Sussex Commons Assocs., LLC v. Rutgers Univ., 210 N.J. 531,
544 (2012); see also Burke v. Ocean Cty., 2013 WL 6169154 (App Div. 2013).
Accordingly, your Request is denied.
