1 - Copy of Judge Goldman's February 2nd, 2018 ruling on the motion for summary judgment regarding Mr. Buzby's counterclaim / third party complaint against Mr. Fromosky in connection with this case.
2 - Copy of Judge Goldman's August 10th, 2017 default judgement ruling concerning Defendants Dave Schlick and Eugene Kobryn in this case.
3 - Copies of all draft or proposed settlement agreements in connection with this case.

This is in response to the OPRA request filed with my office on March 5, 2018. Your request sought the following:
1) Copy of Judge Goldman's February 2nd, 2018 ruling on the motion for summary judgment regarding Mr. Buzbys counterclaim / third party complaint against Mr. Fromosky in connection with this case.
2) Copy of Judge Goldman's August 10th, 2017 default judgement ruling concerning Defendants Dave Schlick and Eugene Kobryn in this case.
