Your OPRA request that was sent to the Hudson County Clerk’s Office has
been received by our office. Before I can begin processing your request
you would need to fill out the attached PDF. Even though you are correct
that you are not required to fill out an official form (as per N.J.S.A
47:1A-5(g): Tina Renna v. County of Union), I still need you to certify if
you have or have not been convicted of any indictable offense (as per
N.J.S.A 2C:28-3 and N.J.S.A 47:1A-2.2). Please fill out the attached form
and send it back to me so I can begin processing your OPRA request.

PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXCEL FILE OF THE REGISTERED VOTER FILE FOR THE 1ST LEGISLATIVE FREEHOLDER DISTRICT AS OF NOVEMBER 6, 2018.
The attached file (labeled "VR_LIST_1ST_FREEHOLDER_FROM_11_6_18") is in CSV format; which is completely compatible with Microsoft Excel
THIS FILE SHOULD INCLUDE THE VOTER'S FULL NAME, ADDRESS, AND POLITICAL PARTY AFFLILATIONS, IF APPLICABLE
When you open the attached file the voters name will be in columns B-D, the voter's address will be in columns F-J, and the voter's political party will be in column M.
In addition I have attached a PDF file labeled “ALL_CODES”. Our office uses a series of abbreviations with our voter registration list and voter history list. This PDF will help guide you in regards to what our abbreviations stand for.
