I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) the city's contract with MW Studios,
2) any resolution(s) approving that contract,
3) any advertisements or bid specifications for their work,
4) responsive documents submitted by the firm to the city,
5) all designs and documents produced by the firm for the city.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. Thanks for your help.

Dear Ms. Zeledon,
I respectfully take issue with characterization the documents requested in item #5 as intra-agency or inter-agency. They are neither. They were produced by a vendor contracted by the city. Please reconsider this denial of access and provide the designs and other documents produced by the firm. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Charlie Kratovil
