right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please

Records requested: I am requesting the following :

 

1. Total number of permits to carry a firearm  issued in Berlin township
in since September 1, 2023 to present day .

 

2. Total number of Firearms ID cards issued in Berlin Township since
September 1,2023  to present

 

3 Total number of Permits to purchase a hand gun issued in Berlin Township
since September 1,2023 to present .

 

4. Total number And List of every permit to Carry a firearm issued in
Berlin Township . Specifically the  date submitted to the date it was
approved and signed off by Chief of police . Starting January 1,2023 to
present day.
