Fire Response Log Report for the Month of September
Dear Tuckerton Borough,
1) Fire Incident Summary report by Incident for all fire department responses, this should include date, incident number, time of call, arrival time, address (can be redacted), time cleared, number of person(s) responded, # of vehicles responded. This is something similar that is submitted to NJ Division of Fire Safety for the Fire Incident Reporting.

We have a shared service agreement with Parkertown Fire Department for fire services; therefore, I am not the custodian of records for that department and the records. If you would like that information you will need to contact them directly and follow their rules and regulations pertaining to Open Public Records Requests.

Even though shared service, you are the lead agency would still be responsible to forward this request to your fire chief or fire marshall to get the report from Parkertown FD as the custodian for Tuckerton.
