This is something similar that is submitted to NJ Division of Fire Safety for the Fire Incident Reporting.

We have a shared service agreement with Parkertown Fire Department for fire services; therefore, I am not the custodian of records for that department and the records. If you would like that information you will need to contact them directly and follow their rules and regulations pertaining to Open Public Records Requests.
