Fire Response Log Report for the Month of September
Dear Mantoloking Borough,
1) Fire Incident Summary report by Incident for all fire department responses, this should include date, incident number, time of call, arrival time, address (can be redacted), time cleared, number of person(s) responded, # of vehicles responded. This is something similar that is submitted to NJ Division of Fire Safety for the Fire Incident Reporting.

We are in receipt of your request for a Fire Incident Summary for Fire
Department responses in the month of September. Please note that the new
OPRA law went into effect September 3, 2024. For your request to be valid
under the new law , you will be required to answer the following 3
questions:
Under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I HAVE / HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the
laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States;
2. I WILL / WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial
purpose.
3. I AM / AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding. If
the records you are seeking are in connection to any legal proceeding you
will be required to identify the proceeding.
Once I receive your response, I will process your request.

We are following up after our initial email regarding your OPRA request

September. On October 24^th, we emailed you asking for a response to
three required questions, to date we still have not received your
response. Please note if we do not hear back from you answering the
following questions by close of business on November 7^th, we will
consider this OPRA request closed. As soon as you respond we will be happy
to fill your request.
